Negatives: Ice machines did not work. Pillows were very uncomfortable. Room was serviced only once over 4 days. Bed was uncomfortable. Everything was old and worn. Hotel desperately needs renovations.

Positives: Breakfast was fine. Location of Hotels was in centralized area.

Negatives: The pool was not accessible. That is one of main reasons I booked this hotel because of a pool. One of the elevators was not working. We had to wait long periods of time to get to our rooms. With the amount of guests that weekend it was an inconvenient.
