Didn’t do the breakfast. There is a menu but it’s over priced for breakfast.
The staff was friendly. The room was clean. It’s close to home for us.

The hot tub had someone’s dead skin floating all in the water. My husband can’t see the best and didn’t wear his glasses, when he got out it was stuck on his swim shirt and it was GROSS. The spa had no jets on the 2nd day it was cleaned. When u got in it was just sitting in hot water. The pool was FREEZING. They guy was like yeah if it’s not filled to a certain point the pump don’t come on and warm the water. The pool was cloudy and looked green to me. The bleach smell was strong and every time I opened a door the staff would say it has to be closed.
We just wanted to spend our long weekend and relax. We have an 11 year old and she wanted to swim. It’s over priced for their amenities not to work properly.
Sadly we will not be returning…

The convenience. Went to a concert at GasSouth Arena so the convenience of location was perfect.

Just basic amenities, no complimentary breakfast and staff didn’t really seem welcoming.

The outside was well maintained and parking was always convenient and available
Negatives:
My reservation was not correct when I checked in. No one contacted me to confirm the issue was fixed so I had to wake up early next day to check the status of my stay. After confirming my second day, they didn’t fix my key card and I had to go back twice to have it fixed. I was charged about $40-$50 MORE because if this issue. I was told I had free WiFi and that was not correct UNLESS you joined the honors program. The WiFi didn’t even work once you joined honors. The toilet ran ALL the time sounding like a freight train. There were stains on the carpet and curtains. I didn’t think the room had actually been cleaned and bought my own towels and washcloths. The refrigerator has a broken leg so it rocks any time I tried to open or get something out of it. For being a Hilton, the customer service was severely lacking. I only had one person who seemed to genuinely care about my stay. I wish I had gotten her name, but she wore a pink dress shirt and was the one who confirmed my appointment at 6am on my second day of my stay. I normally don’t leave reviews if they aren’t positive, but I had such a bad time I don’t think I will ever stay at another Hilton after this experience
