Ice machines did not work. Pillows were very uncomfortable. Room was serviced only once over 4 days. Bed was uncomfortable. Everything was old and worn. Hotel desperately needs renovations.

Friendliest staff! Nelly was great, even text to check on us after we got to our room. Very helpful. Room was spotless. Everything was in good working order, updated, furniture not worn. The beds were comfortable. All of the common areas were clean.

This is NOT a complaint. Just difficult to control the room temp but that was probably more my thermostat. Could use more lighting by the full size mirror.

The entire building had a smell to it. Our room itself was rough itself. Even the chlorine for the pool was weird. Like it was all stagnant.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They were also very attentive and ready to provide any answers to questions we had during our stay. I liked the fact that once we checked into our room we received a follow up text message asking how we were liking our accommodations.

The breakfast was okay. The price was 15 per person for all you can eat but the buffet was kind of lacking.
