It was frustrating that everything was cashless
This particular weekend, we had no cards due to fraud- so we only had cash and had to leave the hotel for everything we needed.

The property was very nice. It was conveniently located next to Gas South Arena. We were able to walk to the event we were attending. The room was very spacious and clean.
Negatives:
The only complaint would be we wanted to eat at the restaurant on the property and they are understaffed for that. We tried to order drinks and food. There was four in our party. The bartender took our two drink orders, made one drink and started serving other people, who arrived after us. We asked her for the second drink for the second person in our party. She said she had to help the other people who had came in after us. She then disappeared altogether. We had to tell other staff at the front desk what room to charge the drink to because the bartender had disappeared.
