The entire staff was great, at the front desk. Everyone was extremely friendly and accommodating. Location was great with the lake behind the property. Breakfast was excellent as well.

If I had to call out anything,it would be the elevator button for floor 2 would not stay lit which caused you to keep pressing the button. That's it!

The staff was pleasant.

The bathroom was the size of a matchbox. You couldn't open the door and be out of the shower at the same time. The room overall needed an update, it appears very old and dark.
I found a large stain on the duvet upon getting out of the bed the next morning.
It took us 15 minutes to check in because we were unable to find the front desk attendant. We had the maid try to help and she was unable to find him. After 15 minutes he finally came inside from smoking and checked us in.
