Negatives: I didn't like that I stayed for 2 days and for the first night and half of my second day the cable didn't work. I was told that someone would be out to fix it. Which someone came to da property but my issue continued and when I called down the woman couldn't speak English at all! So I went down stairs to complain the same lady knew it was me because she can understand English smh anyway so I spoke with s young man who was very nice and decided to give me another room on da same floor since I had my dog with me it made it much easier for me and my family. Only thing about the second room was the dueva was missing from the beds meaning housekeeping either forgot or half clean. But I would say they forgot but still but I'm leave that alone because I d I know how things ate supposed to be ran because I done this type of work. But overall I and my family was very comfortable staying there. I definitely would come back.

Negatives: The fact that I cancelled before 6 o'clock after realizing how poorly kept the hotel was and didn't get an immediate refund. It didn't take long to take my money so why does it take long to get it back

Negatives: The floor of the rooms were dirty and covered in stains along with the sofa. The accommodations dirty and the elevator was sketchy and only one worked. The first room I booked, had a broken light in the bathroom and looked as if someone had punched it. The second room I had, the floor was covered in stains and was disgusting. Definitely not worth the price and the $50 damage deposit.

Negatives: Place smelled bad. People drinking at the pool and the whole place smelled like pot. Stains on the carpet and roaches in the room. I'm pretty sure that their are mice also. Only one elevator was working and it was slow. Lots of shady people hanging around at all hours of the night and the staff didn't seem to care.

Negatives: As soon as walked in, i smelled pot, which some may feel okay? but not to us. Facilities were little old and not cleaned well. Elevator buttons were little sticky… room was okay, bathroom was tiny. Door barely operable against toilet… couch didnt have much of support… overall it just old facility. Not that friendly staff felt nothing compared to old facility

Negatives: The included breakfast consisted of coffee, apple juice and oranges. Our door had DIE carved into it. There were what appeared to be blood stains on the bathroom wall. The bathroom door would not close due to being to close to the toilet.

Negatives: The "Nonsmoking" room that REEKED of tobacco, multiple red stains on the carpet with accompanying wall splatter, and the surprise $50 deposit were the worst offenders of the night but there's so much more.

Negatives: The bugs in the room, staffs do not speak English ,room is not clean, lack of towels. Workers don’t know what’s going on in the hotel and breakfast very minimum.
