Negatives: Pet fee was not listed and was required at arrival but they made it work. We were in a no smoking room but there were cigarette burns on the floor, no blankets on the bed. TV didn't work at first. Halls and elevator smelled of weed.

Negatives: They had roaches , stained floors, broke light , and cabinets. Then was told they can’t accommodate us for the room being unclean.

Negatives: Everything breakfast is awful water leaked all over bathroom floor. Smelled like pot.

Negatives: Everyday, Not enough food. Room is too smelly. The door in the bathroom can’t fully open because the toilet is too close to the door. There were blood stains on the carpet and sofa, writing on the bathroom wall. When I first stepped into the room, it had a bad smell.

Negatives: Outdated sink hard to even wash your hand and side doors is malfunction

Negatives: I didn't like that I stayed for 2 days and for the first night and half of my second day the cable didn't work. I was told that someone would be out to fix it. Which someone came to da property but my issue continued and when I called down the woman couldn't speak English at all! So I went down stairs to complain the same lady knew it was me because she can understand English smh anyway so I spoke with s young man who was very nice and decided to give me another room on da same floor since I had my dog with me it made it much easier for me and my family. Only thing about the second room was the dueva was missing from the beds meaning housekeeping either forgot or half clean. But I would say they forgot but still but I'm leave that alone because I d I know how things ate supposed to be ran because I done this type of work. But overall I and my family was very comfortable staying there. I definitely would come back.

Negatives: The fact that I cancelled before 6 o'clock after realizing how poorly kept the hotel was and didn't get an immediate refund. It didn't take long to take my money so why does it take long to get it back
