In my families suite the pull out beds mattress pad had a huge stain on it and when we tried to remove that there crumbs underneath that as well. It was really nasty and we had to ask for them to come and clean it. It was roughly 12am. They asked if we wanted to switch rooms but my family had already settled in and that would have been way too much plus they didn't have any remaining suites. Once you see something like this it makes you question what else is dirty and I believe we all felt uneasy the remainder of the trip. No area should be left uncleaned. The staff took pictures and video to turn into their manager as proof. I was told a manager was going to call me but I haven't heard anything. I feel like my room should have been comp after such an experience. My family really felt some type of way about sleeping in there but we had to make it work. That was the first night. We were there the entire weekend.

The room was spacious. Location very close to the airport. Bed was comfortable.
Negatives:
The neighborhood where the hotel is located was very insecure. It is one of the places around Atlanta that you would want to stay away. The hotel is quite old. The room needed renovation, especially the bathroom. We stayed only a night to wait for our flight. I don't think it is worth to stay longer.
