When we arrived the lady at the desk was very nice. That was my only interaction with a worker.

Our room’s bathroom was covered in mold. I sincerely think black mold, but mold either way. Ceilings, walls, the shower top, the floor trim, all of it. No ventilation and tons of mold. We only stayed one night and basically dropped our bags and went into the city, so I didn’t notice it until late when my daughter was already sleeping and I went to shower. I didn’t want to complain straight to Hilton, but the next morning when I got up to book it out of there I went to the desk to speak with someone and there was a sign saying their system was rebooting and drop your keys in the bucket. There also was no bucket. I immediately contacted Hilton. Took pictures of everything. They’re renovating so I’m sure they know it’s an issue. I would not stay here again.

Upon arriving, four members of the hotel staff were standing by the entrance smoking. The room was filthy with carpet stains, a corroded phone, and ripped bed spread. I requested another room and the hotel was sold out. The 2nd floor hallway was ridden with carpet stains. Since the room didn't meet basic standards, I immediately checked out and stayed at another nearby hotel.

location. And that's about it. Also construction going on. Badly needed updating hopefully underway. Nonrefundable pet fee means I'll never do this again!

TERRIBLE to charge $100 for pet--but NON-REFUNDABLE unlike at other hotels including Hyatt. Room was in sad need of updating. TV would not turn off--remote and system not updated. Felt like I was bothering staff...

The room smelled because of the old worn carpet. Only working ice machine was on 2nd floor. Mildew in bathroom. Over head light in bathroom didn't work. Furniture was bursted open looked as if rats had been playing with. Elevator needs a good cleaning. Outside trashcans overflowing

The toilet did not work and when reported the only thing i was told was they would notify maintenance. It was NOT repaired during our night stay nor was there any accomodations made for the
inconvenience. I surely hope thid is not normal practice for the price you charge.
