The rooms were filthy, smelly, and I saw a tiny bug in one of the bathrooms. Years ago, we stayed at this hotel and it was wonderful. Unfortunately, it has not been properly maintained.

The staff was mediocre my friend and I stayed from Friday to Monday this past weekend. The room smelled like old bleach and we didnt get service during our stay. They didnt check to see if we needed towels or attempt to clean the room. We had to take our trash out when we would leave the room. We had to catch a staff member in the hallway and ask for extra tissue. I mentioned it to the front desk management and he supposedly took note and asked me what did I request and I told them by the time we left and came back to the roomit hadnt been touched. For the price we paid. It wasnt worth it. All in all I was disappointed.

Convenient to 285, restaurants and shopping. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was 5 stars. The breakfast host was very accommodating and friendly!!! Thank you for providing my elderly parents with mobility suite on first floor!!!
