Negatives: No breakfast as advertised then the don't wanted to accept credit card payment they want u to use a ATM machine on lobby that they own and stab u with a fee or pay 3% to use ur credit card bad business

Negatives: Tobacco smell. Chair is dirty and stained. Desk chair fabric ripped. Floor not vacuumed. Slept on top of cover.

Negatives: After my arrival I found, that my room, which was week before paid, was sold to somebody else, and we dont have a room for sleep. Yes, we stuck in a car, due to accident. But, when I have paid the room, I never expect, that the property could sold my room to somebody else before my arrival (doesnt matter if it is in late night). The communication with the person on a desk is very unpleasant; he was not helping us in the situation (differnet room, finding another hotel) - and tell that we need to solve it with booking. He argue, that he called to my phone. But I havent missed calls. And when I ask to show me the number, the number is wrong. So, they sold the room twice!!! Grrrr!!!!! Never use this property again!

Negatives: I did not like the staff refusing to take our credit card because he wanted a debit card. We had to pay cash!

Negatives: I arrived at midnight and the man at the reception said, that he gave away my room!!!! I made a reservation and a payment. The flight had a delay and in the afternoon I made a phonecall to the hotel that I will arrive at midnight. But when I arrived, I was sent away. That was a terrible situation. standing alone in Atlanta at midnight without a hotel!!!!
