Everything. Bathroom door was broken. Lawncare started at 8:00 am. Room cleaner tried to come In hours before checkout.

One of the cheaper options. The staff is friendly the room was clean

Stayed for a week no turn down service the entire time . No dnd or housekeeping door hanger. No blanket just two sheets on the bed two towels wash cloth and a floor mat. Microwave and min fridge no coffee maker in the room.
There was no breakfast ,just coffee, and since they're doing some work on the parking lot two of the days there was no access to get into the lobby to get a coffee .
Do not take room 102. Next to the stairs, lobby, and laundry room . You will be woken up if you're trying to sleep in. Not a bad hotel all in all, most my complaints are probably circumstantial. Also dark. Has two lamps but ones a bedside lamp low light lvl and the other had a purple bulb in it. If you need to see you'll have to open the blinds directly in front of the stairwell

the area was terrible. there was a whole in the wall. the air conditioner was tore up and hardly worked. the comforters was super thin. and the room had a smell to it.

The fact that they didn't knock to tell us it was checkout, but rather just open the door, is totally unacceptable. Then, while trying to leave at 11:10(checkout being 11:00 mind you), they AGAIN opened the door without knocking, then called mere seconds after making contact with us. Key card didn't work to let me back in the room at 4:am, and the girl working the lobby fell asleep watching you tube. Won't stay here again. Wouldn't recommend for my worst enemy sleep on their porch.

It has some serious hot water!!

Bed Linens Pillows .
You have a king size bed you need more than 3 peoples especially since they should of been replaced a long time ago. Along with the mattress. You just rolled to the center of the bed no matter where you layed at. Only had a sheet on the bed. Went to office twice to get more pillows and a blanket or something other than a sheet. And of course neither time they had nothing. Won't be staying here again.

The location is wonderful for walking guests! The bathroom was stocked with towels, shampoo and body wash and the staff were very kind.
Negatives:
The pool was closed, no breakfast offered, no coffee pot or hair dryer. Definitely felt rushed to leave since staff came knocking at 10am when checkout is at 11
