The location was perfect and the staff were great

The sofa in my room appeared to have animal fur all over it. And the desk, was sticky from a previous beverage. The bed was also extremely creaky, you make the slightest movement and it creaked

Breakfast was exceptional-lots of options and extras including drizzles and nuts for waffles! Staff was very nice! Lobby was so nicely decorated for fall! Free warm cookies and coffee station/tea station with several types of coffees - teas -creamers etc. Very clean!

My service dog was not allowed in the breakfast area. This breaks federal ADA laws. The manager says they can make food and bring it to me. My service dog allows me to walk and function. So disappointed in this, especially from a Hampton
