If there was anything I had to say I didnt appreciate was while coming into the hotel there was a man changing a light bulb and I greeted him with my dog said hi and stated how pretty the hotel was and he stated yes it is and it better stay that way.

The ladies at he front desk were very nice. The breakfast was more than I have had at most places in recent years. The parking lot is a bit small for a busy holiday, & they could use a couple more handicapped spots. Overall, it was better than I expect

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean.

The noise level late at night - inside and outside - was disturbing. Cars pulled into the parking lot with very loud music. People in the parking lot were yelling and cursing. Noise level in the hallways was also loud and we were at the end of the hallway.

I used booking.com as always. There wasnt suppose to be a deposit for booking a reservation - however the hotel charged my card immediately for $100. Then at checkout - they charged me full price for the room and charged me twice for a pet deposit. So now I have to wait 3 days for my $125 to be returned to me. Also, the people above us had wild children jumping from bed to bed and banging all over the floor. The staff was quick to respond to the complaint. It stopped for about 20 minutes and then it started again. I went outside to walk the dog and I could see the out of control children bouncing and jumping because their blinds were open and lights were on. I complained again to the staff and encouraged them to walk outside to see the kids out of control. It finally stopped at 9:30pm. You would think if you pay $185 for a room, that you could at least have some peace and quiet for a good nights rest. The room was excellent The price was not The deposit was not good or needed The clientele was ghetto I recommend the Holiday Inn across the street for sure.
