Room was dirty. Outdoor furniture was filthy around the pool. The place needs a thorough cleaning. I called 800 number asking about a room that hasnt had any pets in it. I. Was told that they keep separate rooms for people with pets. That wasnt true!!!

Very comfortable beds, super friendly staff, good breakfast, location, spacious suite. It appeared that previous guests had taken some cords to the TVs, causing them to not work properly, so we were promptly moved to another identical room.

Great location, big rooms, very quiet, friendly staff. This is the 3rd time Ive stayed there and will plan to stay again. Great place to take the dog to potty. A great hotel on the quietust part of Jekyll Island!

The room was actually more spacious than we anticipated. Recently updated, everything was clean and modern, super comfy bed, great water pressure in the shower, huge closet/bathroom area, plenty of space to relax on sofa, great kitchen table and chair.

Had an emergency and could not go. The hotel would not work with me in any way to get a refund or chose another date so I just lost my money. Not good customer service and would not recommend

The hotel was great! The staff was extremely kind and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast room was very nice and the breakfast was good.

The shower water pressure was very low and the water did not get very hot so I ended up having to take a cold shower. That wasnt fun!
