Positives:
Very accomodating to travellers with pets. A simple form to fill out and a nice, low $25 fee. Rooms were quiet and relatively clean (minus a little mold on one lamp shade). Ample parking.
Negatives:
There's nobody on reception at certain hours, so its hard to know what to do with your room key if leaving early in the morning. I also don't recall being briefed about breakfast, even though it was supposed to be part of my booking. I any case, I likely left too early for it. The decor in the rooms is a little dated, and one of the lamp shades in my room had mold. overall though, none of these things would stop me staying here again.

Property is misrepresented on Bookings. Bookings says 'pool', but the pool has been closed for a long time. Booking says 'breakfast', but they discontinued it. And NO coffee in room or anyway.
Property has mildew in the room they put me in. The phone didnt work. The electronic card reader door locks are very flakey meaning you may have to try 5-10 times to get in your room - tried it on 2 rooms. TV remote is filthy. Had to wash my hands after turning on the TV. No hair dryer. I've stayed on 3 Extended Stay places and this is below my tolerance. Yours may be different.

None of the washers worked which made it inconvenient because I had to go to a laundromat when I needed something washed immediately.
Negatives:
The rooms could be cleaner. We had to move rooms several times upon check in due to the condition of the rooms. One of the rooms had bugs in it which made my daughter leave and sleep in the car because she was so scared.

The localization was good for me.

I made the reservation because there was breakfast included and a swimming pool for my kids, but when we arrived there they told us that the pool was closed and they was no more serving breakfast at that location, what made me drive so tired to a grocery store to buy the things to prepare a breakfast to my family and my kids had to expend his energy at the room what made me don’t rest for the exhaust trip I had from Orlando.

Staff was sarcastic and rude. They were remodeling the next day and didn’t notify us upon check in. Carpet dust was coming in under our door when we woke up the next morning and hall was full of dust in the air that we had to cover our faces because it was choking us.
