The bed was comfortable.
Negatives:
No hot water for the shower. The room desperately needed updating...clothes rack rusted with no hangers, evident spots on carpets, broken trash can. Tried to voice appropriate complaints but staff did not come to counter. WOULD TOTALLY NOT RECOMMEND!

It smelt so bad when we walked in, then we looked by the fridge and there was atleast 20 roaches on the wall. We moved the fridge and hundreds scattered. We immediately went and checked out and were told we would get a full refund but nothing yet

this is the Quality inn in Kingsland. Dont be fooled when you book. They just took over the separate building in the back facing route 95. Traffic noise all nite. Rooms need upgrading badly. Should have never been rented out. Close to not being inhabital. Didn't want to touch anything in the bathroom. Have to say beds were comfortable. Suites they say are not. Just a larger refrigerator. I don't normally give out survey but I felt I needed to inform the public about this place. If you book book the Quality inn not the suburban extended inns and suites. They rent to homeless which will be next door and contractors.
