Negatives:
I didn't get the room I reserved. I reserved a king size smoking room, which is what I usually reserve. On the app it was advertised there were a few left. When I get there I was told the only thing available for smoking, was double full beds. The faucet wasn't working properly. The handle on the faucet was broken. We were too tired to look for anything else, so we just stayed. I've never had this experience before. It's usually a pleasant stay. I was very disappointed.
