The services provided by the front desk were exceptional. They tried their best to accommodate reasonable requests. I received a text when I checked in and the night before checking out to check up on my stay. The DIY hot waffle was nice. The coffee offered around the clock and hot water for tea was a nice touch.
Negatives:
Breakfast tasted OK, but many selections were offered: there were 4-5 hot items, oatmeal, cereals, yogurts, muffins, and fruits. The bed sheet was not as clean as expected. Always double-check bedsheets right away after getting into the room. So you can have it changed if needed. I found out my sheets were slightly stained in one area at 11 pm at night, so I just lay a towel over it and sleep on top of the towel. Decord is a bit dated.
