The fact that Booking.com allowed reservations to be made with a specific payment type only to find out once we arrived at the property that the hotel did not accept that form of payment. As a result, we had to scramble to find another hotel. We ended up being short on money because they had the audacity to charge the full amount of the rooms to the cards, which meant that the money we had to pay for the rooms was no longer available to use elsewhere. We were almost left stranded. We had to borrow money to pay for another room at a different hotel. Very disappointing. May never use Booking.com again for this.

Hotel needs a really good deep and throughly cleaning. I seen multiple roaches in my suite. Roach infestation.

The bed was Very Comfortable & it was Spacious.

The kitchen stove was missing one of the burner knobs. Inside the freezer the rack was a little rusted. I didnt like how the water came out from the bathroom sink or the shower head. The pressure seemed low. Also the hot water in the shower wasnt that hot.
