The sofa nasty and broke. The water was not hot. The sink fills up with water. If you check in the morning of early tell people that they will be checked out the same day at 11am.

Everything was good in this hotel. All the staffs is polite, have a good attitude. This hotel has the best hospitality. The facilities is awesome, kids will love to stay on this hotel. Special Thanks to hotel employee whose upgrade my rooms during the stay.

There's roaches, no cleaning and no clean towels the next day

The staff was polite. But that is absolutely only good thing I can say about this place.

The room was not clean. We had to call housekeeping as soon as we arrived about the tub. She claimed we cleaned it. My fiance had to got cleaning supplies from her and actually scrub and clean it himself while she stood there and watched. Roaches.

We were assigned a room on the third floor. Upon entry noticed roaches on the floor and the side of the bed. Got another room that did not appear to have roaches. Was there 3 nights. Not once did they clean the room. Had to ask for towels.
