Positives:
The staff was friendly and the breakfast was pretty good. They had eggs, coffee, muffins, waffle etc. Staff kept it stocked and were helpful with any questions..
Negatives:
Quite a lot. As soon as we got to the door of the room we were greeted with fleeing roaches. Several more were visible roaming around inside the room. The bathroom was not properly cleaned. The tub was very slippery with nothing for friction to prevent a slip and fall, The safety rail was disconnected from the wall. The elevator worked but was visually atrocious and didn't make a person feel very safe. Our room number was among 13 numbers that were not listed on the sign to help find your room. Our room was 221. See if you can find it in the picture of the sign. Oh and the toilet was insanely loud to the point if you needed it in the night you were sure to wake up anyone else in the room.

Everything should be red tagged. I called and filed a complaint with you and emailed photos attached to my reservation. Bernard was nice to talk with at booking.com customer service. Zero response from the property called 2 days in a row asking to talk to the manager for a refund not a manager to be found.
