Positives:
The bed was comfortable. Easy access from I-475. I’ve stayed at this hotel for 20 years going back and forth from my Ohio home to my Florida home. I will never stay there again.
Negatives:
They stole 75.00 from me. They said needed 75.00 deposit for animals. Also charged 20 per pet. No problem with that. The room was left in fabulous condition when I left. I cleaned it and took out trash. Except sweeping and making bed.
My dog is a show dog very well behaved and travels more than most people.. two kittens no problem either.
I had to pay I cash as someone had breached my credit card accounts and they were locked by my bank.
So I paid 131.00 and 75.00 for animal deposit. They will not return the cash. I asked them to send me a check and they refused. This was the manager. Thieves run that hotel. I worked for UsAir Airlines for 16 years and have never have been treated so rudely. I was in customer service and maybe they should go to school to learn how to treat guests. Refusing to give me cash back I paid. It could still evade right by sending me a check to my address in Florida. They said not possible.

The breakfast was straight just plain one Hot item and rest little honey buns & Cereal not worth the pay

I didn't like The Fact They Putt Me in the back in Ruined room , I asked the lady same day could I changed rooms because the toilet wasn't working and the room didn't look like Online pictures and worth the pay , She said No and No Refunds They didn't want to change my sheets I stayed two nights and then tried not to give my Refund back on my check out day Tried to say sheets was dirty JUST UNACCEPTABLE!!

My stay was horrible. Tub wasn't draining water, there were human waste behind bathroom door, and bed sheets wasn't clean. They tried to keep my $125.00 deposit because they said the sheets were wet. I told them, my wife and I had sex. So they only gave me $100 back.

I am beyond appalled by my experience at this hotel. I called ahead to confirm my week-long reservation, but just four hours later, they *canceled* it without so much as a phone call or any notice. I had driven 12 hours with two young children, only to arrive and find out my reservation had been canceled. Despite my earlier confirmation, they refused to provide us with a room—even though they were actively extending other guests' stays, proving that rooms were available.
There was no apology, and the staff was shockingly rude. To make matters worse, the owner tried to send us to a sketchy motel down the street with a **1-star** rating and reviews like "The most disgusting hotel ever." It was a blatant attempt to brush us off and avoid taking responsibility for their failure to honor our reservation. This establishment not only lacks basic customer service but also integrity. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Stay far, far away!

Absolutely nothing. Not a single thing.

The pricing for what got was not worth it. Feces was smeared on both sides of the bathroom door, roaches were crawling around the closet near the closet on the wall, I was kept awake for a majority of the night due to our neighbors blasting music and having some sort of gathering next door.
