Positives:
Clean room and coffee in room. What more can you ask for.
Negatives:
Lack of safety features in bath room. While the bath remodel was very eye catching the total lack of safety features was glaring. Something non slip in the tub makes showers safer. No hand grips for the older guest's safety.

At 8 am there was no breakfast and the staff made excuses. We were told the night before it would be available and then we were told the order did not show up also if it had been available they would not allow you to take it to your room. Several other guests were also complaining

Front desk assistant Mike was cordial, helpful, polite, and friendly. He even met us at our room and turned on the televison for us as a courtesy. We didn't expect this but we were delighted he did so. The room was clean and housekeeping came by nearly each day around the same time, just before 10:00 a.m. The microwave, coffee pot, and refrigerator were clean. The environment was very quiet, the pillows were nice and fluffy and we slept soundly each night of our stay.

When I started to load up my car at around 10.20 am I got locked out of my room because they already disabled the keys even though check out is 11am and I hadnt checked out yet. That is absolutely unacceptable!
Broken ice machine, unhelpful staff when reporting the broken machine or maybe its broken yes I know its broken thats what Im telling you!
