The staff was excellent. Every single one of the six I interacted with was very kind, knowledgeable, hardworking and/or accommodating. I really liked the location & it was a fair value. I loved the lemon H2O at the coffee bar, by the front desk.

Best Western really needs to put some $$ into updating the building, but it’s worth it for the staff, location & value.

I PREPAID for a 4 night stay (Conf. # 4717328524). After the 1st night I informed the front desk that we would be checking out after 3 nights… and that I expected to be refunded for the unused, yet prepaid, 4th night. The polite guy at the front desk told me I’d need to notify Booking.com. I have contacted both Booking.com AND Best Western on numerous occasions and both entities want to “blame” the other. Bottom line? I WANT THE $107.01 I PREPAID FOR THE 4TH NIGHT CREDITED BACK TO MY VISA CARD! Quit pointing the finger at the other guy and “do the right thing” and pay me back!

Absolutely HORRIBLE UNACCETABLE
Positives:
The exterior and interior were renovated really well. There was just an overall feeling of care for how a guest might perceive the place. Tommy the manager was excellent with taking care of my experience as a whole. The complementary breakfast was out of this world! I really appreciate the staff and just the inviting feeling and all the amenities that were available to me. Thank you for taking care of your guest.

Upon driving up, I really felt like they cared about kind of drawing attention and like a crisp clean look to their signage and the grounds were taken care of. I really appreciate it.
