Location was great, price was solid for what the room had to offer. Staff make check in and out easy and fast.

Some cabinets were broken, a huge bug was location upon walk in, pen lying on floor. Trashcans hidden in the cabinet.

Positives:
Find roaches in my room and no one dush my room either. Also didn't have dishes when I came there so I had to wait another day. I will never stay in this location again.

Location of the hotel is ideal for those attending events at near by Atlanta Braves Truist Park.
My room was clean enough for a dude who is not afraid to go camping in the great outdoors but a more sensible audience will not have the tolerance level that I have for cleanliness.
Negatives:
The road leading to the entry to the hotel is not kept clean (trash everywhere), lack street lighting, lack proper landscaping and gives the impression of a run down facility. Several homeless looking individuals pushing grocery carts with cardboard signs asking for donations were flanking the sketchy road leading to the hotel. The outdoor surrounds of the hotel lobby is in urgent need of proper maintenance and clean up. The interior decor is outdated and the hallway carpet smell like urine. The hotel advertised that continental breakfast is included but all they offer was power-bars and coffee.

That guy at the front desk was super rude he almost didn't even give me my room because he didn't like what I was saying and I was only asking about the deposit because it was not on the website. He took a oh well either take it or leave it kind of attitude. Then got a attitude with me when I wasn't happy about it. He was not apologetic or understanding he didn't even try to explain. He told me he felt like I was going to be a problem glad it was only for one night if it was any more I would have went somewhere else. Their breakfast was a joke there is no breakfast you get a cup of coffee and a muffin and maybe a instant bag of grits. The property does not at all look like what it looks like online in person. In person the property sits back behind a gas station up a hill back into some woods there were bugs in my tub. Overall it was not a good experience.

My first room was not cleaned! There were used towels in the bathtub and an opened soap package. Smudges on the night stand and rumpled bedding. I asked for another room… that room smelled like a smoker. The cold water on the bath sink didn’t work at all. The refrigerator and cabinetry were battered. I won’t be staying there again!
