So disgusting. The sheets had stains and hair on them. There was so much dirt and crumbs under the bed. Every counter top was not wiped down. The elevators don’t work and the front desk lady has an attitude. We didn’t sleep there. The health department needs to pull up here.

Quiet and very good price especially with kitchenette.

The elevator was not working and had to walk up 3 flights of steps. This would not have been a problem but had an injured leg. It was a challenge getting up those steps. The front counter person quickly told me no when asking for a closer room. She was cold and did not give the best customer service responses. I had to ask how to get to the steps. I would have given 10 stars but the front staff could be a lil more accommodating and informative.

Before we can even walk in and check in, there was a lady already at the desk and the front desk attendant was already telling her they had no elevator. They had no towels they had no washroom and only available room We’re on the third floor. We Immediately turned around and left not to mention the overall aesthetic was absolutely trash.
