After Tuesday, Sep 10th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Sep 10, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night charge (Property policy).

Positives: Close to highway and restaurant but on the cut and had people hanging out in the parking lot and not very lit

Negatives: The Smell as soon as you step off the elevator. Further down the hallway was fine. The Deposit of 100.00 especially after I called and was told they did not require a deposit. Room 211 Refrigerator was rusted and I had to request another room and the second room had a dirty office chair and I had to request another office chair. However The Desk Employee was very helpful with my requests.

Positives: Not up to basic standards

Negatives: The hotel also charged me for the stay. I have reached out to their management and they said they would reimburse the cost of the room as they verified that I had already paid through Booking.com. I have not seen the refund as yet which was 3 weeks ago. . The kitchenette was in poor condition. No dishes or silverware were provided and the cabinet doors were barely hanging. The unit was not very clean and clientele was very shady. Not the most pleasant area.

Negatives: Couldn't get in exterior door, the room smelled of mold, the furniture was old and broken down, supposed to have queen size bed but it was a full size bed, the room was run down, the bathtub was so nasty, we refused to take a shower. The help was not friendly at all. Add said breakfast included, not even a good snack...

Positives: It was horrible! As we were leaving a dog had pooped in the hallway! I told the guy downstairs, Samuel, and 30 minutes later it was still there as we checked out. The "FREE" breakfast was coffee with 2 different creamers but one was out and packaged muffins and breakfast bars. VERY, VERY disappointed!

Positives: The Extended Stay was not what I thought it would be. The front desk was very friendly and understanding of the situation. The pictures were deceiving. The location was more of an extended stay for folks who needed housing than an extended stay for a short trip. Stay at your own risk.

Negatives: The location and the facility smelled terrible, so we did not stay. I have been in some crazy places in the military, but I would not take my family to any of them, and this was one. Stay at your own risk.
