Staff were helpful and friendly holding the door for me when i had my hands overflowing and struggling with the doors, and telling me where i could take my daughter for activities and where to shop.
Negatives:
They had loiterers at the entrance with non friendly dogs that looked at my toddler like theyd attack if i put her down.
The bed was very uncomfortable. I could feel the springs and woke up so sore. If its room 211, request a different room. Torture beds like that should be illegal, especially at the price the room is listed for.
I prepaid the room through booking and ended up not needing the extra day i booked, and i still have not gotten a refund for the unused day/night. Booking and this hotel have both been giving me the runaround since checkout on the 14th of august 2024.

The breakfast was good and they had a waffle maker, ac kept us cold
Negatives:
Had a few bugs and some stains on the covers plus the tv had a line in it and when I told the front desk he just pretty much shrugged it off also there were some sketchy people walking through the parking lot so don’t advise being by yourself. The hotel could use a little updating because it just looks a little wore down and also the elevator was cleaned but after the floor was sticky and you feet would stick. Plus outside there was a horrid odor that was punch you right in the nose couldn’t tell if it was the pool or sewage. Sn the pool is closed and no signage about it
