The front desk staff are very nice and friendly. One of the staff members in particular was named Symphoni and she was extremely helpful with getting my room rebooked after the system mistakenly cancelled it. She is an excellent asset to Candlewood and I will definitely be staying at this location again and referring to my friends and family.
Negatives:
Requested clean wash clothes and towels during my stay and it took several hours for me to receive them. I was told that they were still washing.

The bed and bedding was the best I've experienced. Great night's sleep. Staff was sweet and friendly. Suite was very clean and unexpectedly spacious.
Negatives:
Offering breakfast would have been a nice extra. But with the kitchen in room, it was not really
an inconvenience. Distance of elevator from outer door was somewhat challenging so we lugged bags up 4 flights.

We did not stay due to it being 6 pm and our room was not ready and I did not feel comfortable staying there. Seemed to be a hotel for working men. Just not a place for families or couples.
