Positives:
No breakfast left as they ran out of food by 8:15am. Room extremely dirty and not cleaned. Bed sheets and cover with stains. Ceiling cracks and walls with stains. Bathroom and Toilet with stains and no caulk (visible mold). Under the beds were left over used water bottles and candy wrappers and looked like it had been days or weeks before the floors were dusted or mopped.
Negatives:
Staff were helpful and can only do so much. Until this property is fully renovated and maintained with proper management - Choice Hotels should avoid being associated with this property.

I was checked in from September 14 through September 15, 2024. The front desk manager was very friendly when I received my key and went to my room to inspect it. Everything seemed fine until I moved the coffee maker and a roach appeared. I immediately went to the front desk and filed a complaint. They promptly moved me to another room and upgraded my accommodation. However, the next morning, I found more roaches in the new room, some even dead on the baseboards. This was incredibly frustrating, so I returned to the front desk, showed them the videos, and demanded a refund. The staff at the front desk were understanding and promptly issued a refund.

The property was absolutely filthy, inside and out. There was partially eaten fast food on the stairway leading up to the second floor, cigarette butts and scattered litter everywhere. The room was dirty and the mirrors had not been cleaned. The towel bar was coming off the wall as well as the toilet paper holder. The toilet seat was disgusting as was the chair by the desk. And, besides all of these wonderful aspects, the TV didn’t work! One of the worst hotels I have ever experienced, in any country by the way. Sleep in your car at a rest stop before you stay here!

The lobby and breakfast area was nice. Having a kitchen area was a plus.

Driving up to our door there were some sketchy people walking around including homeless couple in a van. The room was not very clean. The shower had hair on the walls and it looked like no one had cleaned the walls of the shower. The floor was so dirty that my feet were black. The beds were very stiff, and the mattresses were very stained under the sheets.
