Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

I made reservations before I arrived and when I got there the staff tell me there wasn’t anymore rooms available after I had already made reservations after complaining and stating that me not my kids were gonna be stranded there for the night because our ride had left then he say u know what I think I do have another room left then a lady came in after me and got a room with no problem without even having reservations so I was confused the room were clean but the room floor and bathroom floor were dirty kitchen sink dirty bathroom sink dirty n stopped up they say they serve breakfast but there were none it was a waste of money I used to come here before and it’s just not like it used to be!!

I don't know how many times I have to say this but, we never stayed here because the receptionist said that there were no more rooms available. I told him that I had already reserved my room online,but he told me that I had to talk to booking.com.So we had to leave go pay for another hotel after already paying for this one.

We apparently barely made it in time before they locked the doors. Reservation did not say anything about getting there by a certain time. Reservation said free breakfast but when we arrived, we were told they just stopped doing free breakfasts.
