There were small roaches in the kitchen area and in the morning there was rat feces on the couch. It sounded like a rat was trapped in a drawer.

The staff was pretty cool. Due to an inconvenience, with my car I needed late check out and they did allow that with no additional fee which some hotels wouldve charged. The location was pretty okay as well.

The towel policy which no one informed me about upon arrival , the mattress was disgusting , no breakfast as it says on site and I have yet to receive my $100 deposit back!!

Staff is awful rude af! Kelly called the cops on me after she yelled at me & told me to stfu. Lets just say praise the Lord I had my mood booster with me that morning! Very unorganized unprofessional employees not trained properly and no communication.
