1. The Wi-Fi signal wasn’t working in my room, so I mentioned it to the female staff at night. She gave me a contact number for IT, saying they handle it. However, no one answered the call, and even though I left a text, I never received a response, so I couldn't use the Wi-Fi. Despite the sign stating "Free Wi-Fi" in large letters.
2. The hairdryer wasn’t working, so I told the same female staff member that night. She said she would send maintenance, but no one came by the time I checked out at 10 AM the next day. When I went to the counter again to mention the issue, they told me they didn’t have a spare and couldn’t provide one, so I had to leave with wet hair.
3. The phone in my room was broken, and after pressing 0 multiple times to try to reach the front desk, I couldn’t hear anything. As a result, I had to physically go to the front desk for all of my inquiries.
