Negatives: I tried for over 2 weeks to have a reservation canceled because I had already stayed at the property and been charged for the trip. I consistently called and emailed and even had booking.com try to assist. The property never answered and when they did all they told me was that booking.com needed to call them. Booking.com could not reach them and sent an email. They have still to responded to any of the emails I or booking.com sent and I am out $700

Positives: I and my daughter were coming in for my son's wedding, I was concerned about my daughter's medical condition and staying in any hotel however I called the hotel ahead and shared my concerns with James and James went way above to ensure our stay was worry-free. He helped with our luggage,brought us linen himself he made sure our key card worked. The room was exceptionally clean we felt safe and our stay was awesome. Breakfast was great. Big huge thank you to James, I appreciate you so much.
