Limited towels and washcloths, the shower knob was loose and therefore would not get even warm for showers. The furniture was stained, carpet in hallway heavily stained and no elevator access. Asked for 1st floor the told me they had none.

This definitely a 1 star hotel experience. 1). We asked how to connect the WiFi to the TV and was told there was no way to do it. 2). It took 40 minutes to check in because the front desk person had no idea what they were doing. 3). Trash EVERYWHERE. 4). We stayed for 4 nights and were told 2 out of the 4 nights that there were no clean wash clothes. When we did get wash clothes, they were filled will someone else’s hair. 5). There were ants everywhere. 6). There were all types of stains all over the furniture and carpet. 7). The shower only got lukewarm at best. 8). Overall I would not recommend.

It was close to a lot of restaurants very quiet rooms are big and spacious

Time you walked in you noticed the dirty carpet. As you walk dwn hall carpet looks worse I wouldn’t dare walk around with socks and shoes. They charge you $50 if you take breakfast food back to room I had my 10 month old daughter first night we woke up ants were everywhere I mean every where they need someone to come take care of ants ASAP

It was ok for price...
Positives:
We checked out early, the front desk was supposedly to be 24 hrs, but there was nobody. So we dropped the keys and left. During the night there was a vehicle parked in the parking lot playing loud music. We had to call front desk to complain who took care of it.
Negatives:
We used the metro to get to downtown and we had a horrific experience. Of course the hotel is not responsible for this but we picked it for the convenience to the metro. We had no idea that metro is no longer safe.
