I was in a room on the ground, stayed 5 days. no breakfast. payed for mine. checked out on time but I didn't get no deposit back 105.00 dollars i must say. Not a single penny. I admit I had some garbage that I left.

The hotel was first of all dirty, shower didnt work, phone didnt work and my fridge didnt work which caused me to waste 40$ worth of food to throw out. They then switched me to a room that had roaches and the tub stopped up when the shower ran.

I requested to speak with a manager and left my phone number. Of course no one called me back and the inconvenience of having to wait on a room for hours to change to that was just as bad as the first was awful.

Everything. The staff was very rude, questioned my service animal and misinformed me about check out time. I love Sonesta brand, but I advise everyone to skip this one. Dirty and rude staff.

Hotel staff would not let me bring the breakfast to the room & told us if we did it would be an extra charge which made us feel uncomfortable. The gym was empty and the cleaning could have been cleaner.
