I've been staying at Hampton Inn's for many years because of their reliable service and comfort. This particular Hampton Inn was subpar.
Negatives:
Our room was infested with roaches. In the bathroom alone, throughout the night, we killed 6. That is unacceptable. We went down for breakfast at 9 and it was supposed to run through to 10am. At 9:25am, the breakfast attendant said they were out of sausages. When we asked for clarification, she stated she would not be brining more out.

The first room we were put in had a pet like smell. And no interior door lock. The second room the smell was slightly better but a dirty wash cloth was left in th shower made made me wonder if the room was cleaned well.
