There were burn marks all over the floor in the bedding area. The sheets look like someone has slept in them and had been changed. The toilet in the bathroom was crooked. Also, it lifted up as you sat on it. The cups all had holes in the plastic so we couldn’t use any of them. Went to breakfast in the morning just to find subpar breakfast assortment. Literally Reese Farm frozen sausage biscuits in the plastic wrap, and bagels were the only choices for a hot meal. The coffee taste like water was horrible. The staff was notified upon my departure, I was met with. I’m so sorry about that. I hope you have a better day. Wow! no offer for a discount nor refund. Sorry I went ahead and stay the night should’ve left when I saw the room. Also, please note there was a moldy smell upon entering it. I really didn’t understand why they updated the bathroom bathtub and toilet and floor, just to leave the dining area looking crappy.
