They said they accepted dogs and there would be a fee( I purchased room online )
I never dreamed they would charge me $75.
I have a 10# Shihtzu. I have previously paid $25-30dog fees at other hotels. This was a ridiculously high charge. We didn’t arrive until 9pm so it was too late to cancel with out penalty.
I will avoid ALL Hilton properties in the future. I am a Hilton member as well but that didn’t matter either. They should have disclosed this high fee online along with the room fee . ( they were almost the same)

The colors of the rooms and the carpet and the staff being so helpful

Need coffee pit in rooms. Some doesn't want to get dressed to go down to lobby to get coffee. And you would not want to see some of us before we had coffee

- quiet - hardwood floors - plenty of breakfast options like cereal/ toast/ bagel/ eggs/sausage/ yogurt / pancakes - air conditioning goes down to 60degrees - the staff was very polite / have texting option for welcome and response - decor in the lobby was really neat and bright - pool available - gym available - decent water pressure

Checkout at 11 but most are (I just like to sleep in) - small shower space- bed felt springy and was kinda squeaky

The floors were not carpet which is a good thing. They are much cleaner, or at least seem cleaner.
Negatives:
The room was a tad small but since I was by myself it wasn’t a problem.
Breakfast was a bit weak. I’d have preferred regular oatmeal to the packets with preservatives.

This is our third time...
Positives:
Tru has cut corners to save money on a multitude of ways that made numerous inconveniences. No bags in garbage cans, no extra towels, horrible squeeze decanters for shampoo, soap etc. No closet, one hangar. Alarm clock went off at 4:40 am.
