Positives: Nothing, the room was smelly and poorly cleaned
Negatives: It was dirty the floor was nasty, the bathroom floor filthy and also the floors were vey sticky, the lights weren’t working properly, one of the beds didn’t have a thick also the sink was broken blanket we hated it honestly the worst room we have ever been to.

Positives: All the staff members were very nice and accommodating
Negatives: The room wasn't clean and felt like it was under renovation, even though it wasn't. There were fruit flies in the bathroom and a roach (?) crawling on the wall. We were scared to try the stove in fear a fire would start and we wouldn't be able to get out. The "queen" size bed was hard as rocks and the shower took forever to drain. We will pay extra next time for a better hotel experience somewhere else. It's a shame because all the staff was very nice!

Positives: Horrible double charged me after I paid on booking and won’t refund my money then I cancelled the last night and it was free cancellation so booking refunded me and the hotel charged me double
