Wanted somewhere to stay before and early and late flight. This hotel has shuttle at 4.30am

On Sunday morning at approximately 9:22am, my wife and I were in room 201 asleep when I heard a knock at the door. I replied "Yes" She replied "HOUSEKEEPER AT 9:22am when checkout was at 12pm. I was so upset I called the front desk, and the front desk clerk apologized for the oversight. I was extremely disliked with the housekeeper actions. The front desk clerk advised that I would received a half off on my stay. I am still grateful for that, but its just the actions of the housekeeper, and she never apologized. Its okay though!

We checked in late and the front desk was very unprofessional and rude. We were traveling with our 2 year old and we were warned that guests are sensitive to noise. We went up to our room, which was wrong, 2 queens instead of a king and there was a stain on the sheets. We got washed up and went right to sleep. At 10:3, when everyone was in bed it was the front desk woman calling to say we got a house complaint. How that is possible? We were sleeping and the phone woke up my 2 year old! We were definitely targeted. It was so rude and so wrong. My family is a Hilton diamond member and we will be complaining to upper management. We will never stay with a Hilton after this experience

It's a dog friendly facility and the walls are very thin, so I spent almost 2hrs listening to a dog bark and a loud talking lady, while trying to get to sleep.
