The room it’s self was clean and the place stayed fairly quiet.

The whole place smelled like cigarettes. One of the reasons I booked was because of the “no smoking” since we don’t smoke. I was charged more than what the website stated and some random $25 charge. I tried calling and got put on hold so I just counted it as a loss.

They charged my card prior to my arrival.Add stated that I would be charged once I arrive at the property. Then charged an extra $25 without prior notice and or explanation.I had to ask about the extra charge.I was charged for a queen bed but bed wasnt a queen size.Upon arrival a dead roach was in room housekeeper didn't speak any english.

there was no smoke alarm! the purpose of us booking this room was to be able to cook but the stove did not work neither did the microwave so that put another microwave in there. and there was only 1 pot in the room so even if the stove worked we couldnt cook. you could smell smoke in the hallways.

We never got to stay here. On arrival after traveling and flight delays, we were told our prepaid reservation was canceled and given away. This led to an absolute night of hell!! You don't do that to people! Especially at 1 am in the morning!!!
