I booked a balcony room when I arrived she stated that I didn't when it clearly said wit balcony so not sure what was the mix up . I wanted want I booked so I'll Kno next time to be more careful with booking wit they advertise

Positives:
Upon arrival the receptionist was not pleasant. She was very rude and dismissive. She had an attitude, so we just left to calm down. We later went back to the hotel and was greeted by a more friendlier receptionist. There was no issue with her at all. My only concern was why did the hotel say pay at property, but the payment was drafted and had went through my back a week before arrival. Per the first receptionist, she said they they could do that if they wanted to regardless of what my booking said. She had an attitude the whole interaction and was a Debby downer.
