Negatives: We didn’t have internet for two out of the 4 days we stayed. They did however leave a note that said “sorry”. The food in the restaurant was steep and mediocre at best. We were billed an additional $598 at the end of the stay…parking, resort fees etc. not sure what everything was to be honest. It was a business trip so I wasn’t that worried about it but if it was personal that would be a problem. We won’t be staying there again.

Negatives: My pillow. And they had only one type firm. Next time I would bring my own pillow.

Negatives: The walk from the parking lot. It wasn’t well lighted, nor was it a direct path.

Negatives: Nothing to be honest, except for the uncovered parking.

Negatives: The restaurant on the second floor is awful and over price. our first morning of breakfast was very Lukewarm we never got our water and by the time the young lady brought my coffee it was Lukewarm. the Saturday of our trip we came back to our room after walking in Savannah all day to a Luke warm room our air condition went out, so we had to be moved to another room, we had to move our own luggage to this room which had a nice view but was a little smaller than our first room and the item were not refill like the conditioner and body wash was empty. Sunday on our last ay was awful the second-floor restaurant was not in order at all w wait for 45 minutes before going to the desk to complain yes, they extended our checkout and allow us to check out late but all i need was a bit to take meds. they order breakfast to the room, but the food was Lukewarm, and the grits was not hot at all. this last day really made me wish I had not stayed here at all. a lot of improvements are needed in some of the staff with the hotel and having they will have the ability to be a 5 star but with poor staff makes for angry quest that will tell a friend and this is where the downfall is. it is a beautiful resort with a lot of family activities for young children and family, but the staff is poor. i left with a headache and a great disappointment for my first time staying across the bridge.

Negatives: The restaurant on the second floor had very nice food but terrible service which overshadowed the experience. On the day of our arrival we stopped in for a quick lunch. We were the only guests in there and there where four or five service staff. The lady on the door was stood there with a coffee in a to go cup and could not have looked more bored, another girl was just playing on her phone. One girl was clearing up from breakfast service and was also trying to seat and serve us. When she then asked the girl who was on her phone to take our food order, said other girl stopped playing on her phone and took our order, I asked her for a high chair for my toddler which never arrived while she went back to playing on her phone. Meanwhile, the lady in the to go cup along with some other staff we’re having a lively chat with the bartender whilst I was watching my mimosa going warm and flat on the side. The food itself was very good though. When we returned to this same restaurant in the morning for breakfast were were told there was a 30 minute wait for seating so we left and went elsewhere. We didn’t try the food at the pool but it looked excellent.
