Negatives: Whole place including hallway stink really bad- bathroom door didn’t close well- it just wasn’t clean- dog barked all night couple doors down- we literally had to spray body spray to make it bearable and were very uncomfortable for safety.

Negatives: As soon as you walk into the building, smell of steel cigarettes and mothballs, my wife and I we were traveling for a wedding when we entered the room, smell of stale cigarettes in a non-smoking room condom wrapper on the nightstand and the Bedsheets just casually made mirrors encounters look like they were wiped up with the old dirty rag. My wife was not gonna stay under these conditions. We were offered a second room. unfortunately, it was the same smelly and dirty. The receptionist walked with us to the room to verify that was dirty. We informed him at that time we will not be staying and will need to be refunded. Manager was not on site and would have to wait for the next day due to being in town for a wedding. did not have time to call a few days later when we return home thinking there was gonna be no issue to get our money returned. The manager refuses and stated that we did stay in the room. We infected not and had to get a different Hotel , I do not recommend this place. The manager Kim is very rude.

Negatives: Rooms upstairs are dirty and smell like smoke the curtains smell horrible the previous person clearly stayed a while and smoke and it got in the fabric the couch was filthy visibly large stains the toilet was filthy the knobs and handled had layered dirt more than likely from the cigarette smoke the carpet smelled horribly as well

Negatives: No assistance and nit polite and helpful at all

Negatives: The talking and arguing out the window and the smell of the carpet urine. Bed was sunk in the middle, and lumpy.

Negatives: extremely dirty, breakfast had no coffee, just cornflakes and yogurt.

Negatives: It started with me getting there to check in at 3:15. She put my ID and credit card on the copier to make a copy. I told her that I will just go get the cash because I am not letting her make a copy of my credit card. She told me that they do that for everyone and held up a customer’s paper that she had copied and his license and card was showing on the paper. I told her that she cannot show me someone else’s information because that is against the law. She argued with me that it is not against the law. The back door lock was broken so anyone could come in during the night because you didn’t need a key to open the door. My son’s room was at the top of those stairs and that was a safety issue. The rooms smelled like smoke and instead of the lady at the front desk looking into the computer to switch my room she gave me a can of air freshener. I had two rooms with four beds and the comforter had stains that looked like dry blood on them. I pulled the sheets back in one of the rooms and it had black curly hair on the sheets. I went downstairs to tell the front desk and because they didn’t have anyone from housekeeping on duty; she took me into the laundry room and gave me four new sets of sheets. I had to change all four beds myself. I’m now working at the hotel.

Negatives: I don't like the toilet seat was too low for me

Negatives: Room dirty, pool closed earlier than stated when I checked in so I didn’t get my money’s worth
