i booked the room over a week in advance and drove 8 hours for an event in atlanta to get to this hotel and got checked in and went to the room. Upon arrival wasn’t too bad until i turned on the water in the shower and than i cut water on in the sink and sink water was completely cold and shower never got warmed. I called front desk and told him no hot water and he said to have it run awhile which i already did so i asked for a different room and he said they all are like that so i packed my stuff back up and went to get a refund. Front desk advises that two boilers are out and also not to mention the water pressure in the toilet was awful so maybe they need a whole new water system. I am leaving a bad review due to the inconvenience of having to find a same day room memorial day weekend. The lobby also was hot and in the future if you know something is wrong that a normal person in HOT weather will need let them know before arrival to save them the hassle and having to pay more money for another place.

The guy at the reception was extremely not helpful. In the morning , the breakfast was empty at 8:30am. I asked to bring some food . He was on his phone , and he told me Yes I will do it. I waited 15 min and I saw him again, he was at the same place with his phone and he told me I'm sorry it's close now. I was with my child very sick . Very cynical service.
