They have hot water ! Looks good on outside ! Bugs on property. You must pay for toilet paper !

After booking 2 nights I extended my stay online exhausted after work and they made me pay a 100.00 deposit for extending online . They still did not refund my deposit . I didn’t get a change of towels after staying 5 days and they did not want to give me toilet paper or regular amenities . Online it says free breakfast . No breakfast . You have to pay to even get dishes or an ice tray . No ice machines on facility and the Fridge was loud and buzzing all night . Bathroom peeling and my lamp was broken .

Nothing it was a horrible experience from check in . The only thing they have is hot water

They charge for toilet paper , towels , there is no breakfast even tho it was advertised at booking . The rooms smell and they stole my deposit . The manager is very rude and made me so uncomfortable

The area was good, because it is close to the mall, restaurants, movie theater and the stadium.
Negatives:
The original room we were given was not clean and we were offered another room, it was a little better so we decided to stay. Outside areas of the property were not so clean. Checking out was not good either.
