The price (Big Mistake)

If I could give less than this I would! The customer service is absolutely disgusting! I have been staying here for 3 days and everybody I have talked to in the office is BEYOND disrespectful! Nobody caters to the customer! I paid for the most expensive room on property (including smoking) and the toilet floods, there are roaches running across the floor, and the wifi has been down just about the entirety of the time I've been here! The hotel staff refuse to accommodate me, as I've just walked to the front and asked to be moved to a room where it does, one of the housekeepers informed me the free wifi is completely complimentary and not guaranteed. I asked for their names (an indian pair) the man said Enda and he said he would not give me the woman's name for my review! TERRIBLE SERVICE, TERRIBLE ROOM, DO NOT STAY!!!

DO NOT STAY!! BEYOND DISRESPECTFUL
Positives:
The bed had cigarette burns and stains all over the comforter. There was holes in the walls, the bathroom sink was broken. The toilet seat was broken and the entire room was nasty. Hair all over the countertop and room smelled like cigarettes.
Negatives:
The property looked great online but once you walk in you realize this is a run down motel. The room was not clean and we didn’t feel safe.

I don’t recommend anyone stay...

Nothing because I didn’t stay there and ended up sleeping in my vehicle.
Negatives:
They didn’t have any rooms available but according to Booking.com APP they had rooms. I get to the location in person and was advised to call and cancel reservation and be refunded. Even tried other locations in the area and no one had vacancy. Even called customer service and was advised that they were able to locate a different hotel how had availability. I called the Country Inn location and they didn’t have any vacancy either. I paid for Red Roof already and didn’t even have the funds to be trying to book another room. I called the Country Inn location and was informed that they didn’t have anything available. So overall I was lied to about availability at both locations spent money and still haven’t gotten a refund back for it, and ended up sleeping in my car.

The room smelled moldy. The mirror and hair dryer were both broken. I did not take a shower there but even if I planned on doing so I wouldn't have because the shower was gross. The sheets were rough. There were big cracks in the wall up near the ceiling above the sink. The towels and washcloths were clean but had stains on them as well as one of the pillow cases.
