Avoid!!!! The locations close proximity to Georgia Southern University was the only positive aspect of this hotel. Service was terrible. Accommodations were worse. Avoid at all costs! Will be reporting to state health department.

Roaches in room; Mold and significant water damage and staining on ceiling; Stained bed linens with cigarette burns; Room was not clean or sanitary; Front desk said they couldnt do anything about condition. 75% of continental breakfast was not available.

It was filthy. Walked in two roaches crawling on the mirror. Walls filthy, doors/baseboards/bedding had grime all over them. I was very appalled considering what I spent on the room. It was so disgusting I didn't even stay there the second night.

The staff were friendly and the bed was comfortable and clean. I love that there was no nasty carpet it was all hard floor.
Negatives:
The air conditioning unit made super loud noises all night, the walls were kind of grimy and the location was pretty sketch feeling. The lock on the inside was crooked so I wish there had been two of them!

Air conditioner fan was very loud when I kicked on and off. But just thankful for air conditioning with the heat.

The only positive thing about this hotel was that it was close to GSU campus.

I've never stayed at a hotel that was so dirty. Other than the beds, it was disgusting. It was as if the cleaning people did nothing but change the sheets & towels. Simply wiping down the walls would make a huge difference. Found 4 cockroaches!!!

I was a little disappointed with breakfast. I have a feeling the weekend options may be better. I would have preferred individual cartons of milk, instead of the carafe. That just seemed a little unsanitary.
