Had to park at another motel across the street. They charged $75.00 for our three chihuahuas even though additional charges for pets was not mentioned on their website. There was black mold on the shower and broken and missing tiles in the hallway. Old and outdated furnishings, and one chair in the room. Not a two hundred dollar plus per night motel

This was the worst hotel I stayed at. First, when we arrived at 10 pm we were told no working elevator and our room was on the 3rd floor. This was an issue because my mom has a broken ankle and is wearing a cast. The receptionist offered to cancel the reservation. That was not an option after driving for 6.5 hours. It took my mom a very long time to climb the stairs. The staircase was dusty, and the carpet on the stairs had debris from building work. My brother's asthma flared up from the dust. When we got to the room, the bathroom tiles are cracked, hair on the soap dispenser and the floor. Room not worth $200. It felt like a motel. Breakfast was ok. However, the second floor was being renovated the painters left doors open, and the hotel smelled like paint. unsafe.

The elevator went down and I was traveling with my in-laws that’s in there seventy’s. They call while was on the highway that morning to let me know and canceled my rooms !! Had to pull over on the highway to get accommodations to another hotel.

Everything was updated and very clean. The heated pool was open until midnight, so that was a plus! Bed was soft and comfortable. The staff was great, and breakfast had a good amount of variety.
